... and I did not mean to refer to Mr Miranda by his first name only, and now I feel impolite. That was the result of under-caffeinated typing.

All of his social media accounts are in his first name, so I tend to see it more than his last - and it's a beautiful name, too. So I wouldn't feel too bad.
